As Director of Within Range, Matthew Ball brings over two decades of hands-on experience and strategic insight to the forefront of infrastructure planning in South Australia. He is grounded, solution oriented, and has extensive experience of the realities on the ground.
Matthew is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia in the area of Project Management and is registered on the National Engineering Register as a Civil Engineer. These recognitions reflect his commitment to professional excellence and his leadership in delivering complex infrastructure outcomes.
Over the course of his career, Matthew has worked across Tier 1 projects, government infrastructure, and private development in all facets of the project lifecycle – from feasibility through to execution and operations.
